Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Gratin
Ingredients
- 6 C Broccoli Florets sliced into pinkie size pieces
- 10 oz Cream of Celery Soup
- ½ C Sour Cream
- 1½ C Adams Reserve Cheddar, shredded
- 1 T Fresh Garlic, chopped
- 2 T Butter
- ½ t Kosher Salt
- ⅛ t Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- ½ t Hot Sauce, mild
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water until just barely cooked. Drain and cool in cold water. Once cool, let drain for at least 30 minutes.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic in butter. Once fragrant and tender, add into the remaining ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling and brown on top. Remove from the oven, let set for 10 minutes and serve while still warm.
