Air Fryer Spicy Cheddar Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2T EVOO
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ C ranch dressing
- 1 C Adams Reserve Cheddar, shredded
- ½ C Panko Breadcrumbs
- ⅛ t Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 T Fresh Parsley, optional
Instructions
- Stir together the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt.
- Slice the cauliflower into about 10 wedges and brush the hot sauce on both sides.
- Cook in a single layer in an air fryer 400°F for 8 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until fork tender and slightly browned.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, combine the cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley.
- After the cauliflower is tender and slightly brown, top with the cheesy breadcrumbs and put back in the air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes until melty & browning.
- This recipe also works well in a standard oven at 475º F.
