Walnut & Cheddar
Pesto Dip

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Yields: 2 cups

  • 1 C Walnuts, toasted
  • 2 C Adams Reserve Cheddar, grated
  • 1 C Arugula, packed to measure
  • -1 C EVOO
  • 2 T Fresh Sage, chopped
  • T Kosher Salt
  • T Fresh Ground Black Peppe

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, start with only cup of the oil and pulse for about 15 to 30 seconds or until combined but still coarse, about the size of half a pea. Check the consistency and add more oil if desired.

Serve room temp or chilled with assorted crackers.
