Spicy Toasted Pecans

  • Makes 2 cups

  • 2 C Pecan Halves
  • 1 C Adams Reserve Cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 T Salt
  • 1/2 T Cayenne

Preheat the oven to 350F. On a parchment lined cookie sheet spread the pecans into a single layer, keeping them close together. Sprinkle with the salt & cayenne followed by the Adams Reserve cheddar. Bake for 8 minutes, stir, then bake another 8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the oven, stir to separate, and cool. Serve at room temperature, store in an airtight container.
