Potato Casserole
with Aged Cheddar

  • 2 C Adams Reserve Cheddar, shredded
  • 2 T margarine
  • 1/4 C chopped Onion
  • 2 C Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C of cracker or bread crumbs
  • 1 bag frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (2 lb)

Preheat oven to 350º, grease bottom of rectangular cake pan. Thaw potatoes and mix all ingreients except margarine and crumbs thoroughly. Top with cracker or bread crumbs, dot with margarine and cover with foil. Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
