Cheddar and Beer Fondue
12oz LagerBring the beer to a simmer in a heavy
3 C Adams Reserve Cheddar, shredded
3 T All Purpose Flour
1 t Dijon Mustard
½ t Hot Sauce
½ t Kosher Salt
bottom pot over medium heat. Mix the
cheddar and the flour together and add to the
simmering beer. Whisk until it comes to a boil.
Add in the remaining ingredients and transfer
to your fondue pot or serving dish.
